Tasty Tuesday–CK Strips

Chicken Licken’ good! This is one of my favorite ways to cook chicken. This way is easy and also full of flavor. You’ll need a minimal amount of seasonings which is something else that works in this recipes favor.

You’ll Need: 1/2 tsp salt, 1TBL season salt, 3/4 tsp pepper, 1C flour, 2tsp paprika.1/2 stick butter, 3-4 Chicken Breasts, milk, and 9×13 pan.

Pre-Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut up the butter and put it in the pan (I use less butter but this is what recipe calls for). Grab the milk and pour it into a large bowl (enough to cover your chicken, start with cup). Cut your chicken into strips and put them in the bowl letting them soak for about 20-30 minutes. Make sure your butter melts in the pan but doesn’t burn. Mix all your seasoning together and put in a little grocery bag (like what you place your vegetables in).

After the chicken has soaked take it out and put about half of it in the seasoned bag…shake it all around until it covers the chicken and then lay it in the pan. Do the same to the rest of the chicken. Let it bake for 20 minutes and then turn over and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
