The longer I li…

The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. It will make or break a company, a church, or a home.
The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we embrace for that day. We cannot change our past. We cannot change the fact that people act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me, and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with YOU, WE are in charge of our attitudes.

For those with eyes to see and ears to hear…..

This is one of those quotes that needs to be placed everywhere so that we all see it. SO it reminds you that you are ultimately in charge of your outcome. Life does indeed happen. I have taken on the ‘NEW” attitude since I got back from Charleston, which I’ve always known but was probably too OC, too afraid to implement the concept. Finally, it hits me. LIFE is going to happen and I can either be afraid/OC/angry/disappointed, or I can find the joy/love/and faith in knowing that I WILL handle ANYTHING that comes my way.

Such a relief! I’ve got to tell you so far just with my children it’s made all the difference in the world. With my husband, with business adventures…it’s helping and it’s making a huge difference. Life is still happening all around but with my new way of dealing with it, man does it make life so much sweeter.

It’s all going to happen either way right? Make the choice 🙂

Happy Monday Everyone!
