Tuesday Therapy

With all the various exercises I’ve been doing lately,  Epsom salt baths with essential oils have been my friend. They not only help the soothe the achy joints and fatigued muscles but these baths always allow for extra therapy whether it be mood or emotional boosts as well.

The great thing about these bath treatments is you can typically use a variety of oils mixed in with the Epsom salt (so they dissolve into the salt) and be placed into the bath for the aromatherapy healing. The salt acts as a carrier and also helps relieve any soreness or stiffness and fatigue the muscles may have.

This two combinations are my favorite:

–Soaking at least once a week for 20 minutes–

Epsom Salt (1 cup)

Baking soda (1/4 cup)

10 drops Lavender

**This combo draws out toxins, lowers stress related hormones and balances pH levels**

Next Fav Combo

-Soaking at least once a week 20 minutes-

Epsom Salt (1 cup)

Baking Soda (1/4 cup)

8 drop Eucalyptus oil

5 drops Orange

2 drops Bergamot

**This is just a happy bath, soothes muscles, uplifts moods and promotes overall wellness**
